1. Introduction
Sui Cura Coaching values the careful handling of personal data. Data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This privacy statement applies to all personal data provided via the website, the online booking system, the intake form, and during the coaching process.
Sui Cura Coaching ensures that personal data is processed in compliance with applicable privacy legislation.
2. What data is processed
Sui Cura Coaching processes only personal data necessary for the careful execution of its services, including:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Billing details
- Information provided via the online intake form
- Information voluntarily shared by the client during intake or coaching
In the context of coaching, the client may share information about mental or physical health. Such data is processed only insofar as the client provides it voluntarily and where it is necessary for the execution of the coaching program.
3. Purpose and legal basis for processing
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Planning and conducting coaching sessions
- Preparing the intake session
- Administration and invoicing
- Communication with the client
- Improving the website and services
- Measuring the effectiveness of marketing activities
Personal data is processed on the following legal grounds:
- Performance of a contract
- Compliance with legal obligations
- Explicit consent of the client, particularly when processing special categories of personal data such as information relating to mental or physical health
Special categories of personal data are processed only if the client has voluntarily provided them and has given explicit consent.
4. Online intake form
If information relating to mental or physical health is shared via the intake form, it is processed solely on the basis of the client’s explicit consent. By ticking the consent declaration at the bottom of the intake form, the client explicitly consents to the processing of any shared health data for the purpose of the coaching program. This consent may be withdrawn at any time.
5. Online sessions
Sui Cura Coaching provides online sessions via a secure video platform. Sessions are not recorded and no transcripts are stored. Appropriate privacy settings are applied during online sessions to ensure confidentiality.
6. External data processors
For the execution and improvement of services, as well as for the functioning of the website, Sui Cura Coaching uses external processors, including:
- Hosting provider
- Online booking system
- Payment provider
- Email provider
- Analytics and advertising platforms
- WhatsApp (optional communication)
Communication via WhatsApp takes place solely at the initiative of the client. Sui Cura Coaching advises against sharing sensitive or medical information via WhatsApp.
These external parties process personal data exclusively on behalf of Sui Cura Coaching and in accordance with applicable privacy legislation (GDPR). An up-to-date list of processors is available upon request. If personal data is processed outside the European Economic Area (EEA), appropriate safeguards are applied in accordance with the GDPR.
7. Retention periods
Personal data is not retained longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
- Administrative data is retained for seven years in accordance with statutory retention obligations.
- Intake and communication data are deleted no later than one year after completion of the program, unless a legal obligation requires a longer retention period.
- Any working notes created during the coaching process are limited and carefully maintained and are used solely to support the program. These notes are deleted no later than one year after completion of the program, unless a longer retention period is legally required.

9. Security
Sui Cura Coaching takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss or unauthorized access.
10. Rights
The client has the right to access, correct, delete, or transfer personal data. Consent may be withdrawn at any time. Requests may be submitted via info@suicuracoaching.nl . A response will be provided within 30 days. If the client believes that personal data is being processed unlawfully, a complaint may be filed with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
11. Amendments
Sui Cura Coaching reserves the right to amend this privacy statement in the event of changes to legislation or working practices. The most recent version is available on the website.
